SKANSKA Hungary’s seventh office-block in Budapest, in the middle of Váci Street. The Nordic Light will be found in the popular office quarter of Budapest, which will be one of the most modern and exclusive “A” category office block after the constructions has been completed. The development has got LEED Gold pre-certification. Our company will make the comprehensive HVAC execution of the A and B buildings (total 26 000 square). The expected handover will be spring 2016.

Avalon Park in Miskolctapolca

The biggest complex tourist investment in Hungary is the Avalon Park in Miskolctapolca, which will be built in two parts by the end of 2015. Our company manufactures the air handling units and equipments for the HVAC systems of entertainment and theme park. This goods supports the heating-, cooling of premises by a modern heat exchanger technology and one appliance makes the dehumidification in the area of swimming pool.

Diehl Aircabin Hungary Kft. – Nyírbátor

The German Diehl Group extends its aircraft parts plant in Nyírbátor by building a new production hall. Diehl Aircabin Hungary Kft. was established in 2011 in Hungary as the subsidiary of Diehl Aerosystems Group and the dedication ceremony of its aircraft parts plant in Nyírbátor was held in 6th July 2012.

Diehl Aircabin Hungary Kft. bought an area of 2 hectare in the Industrial Park of the local municipalities in Nyírbátor, where a production hall with 5400 m2 floorspace will be built until the end of 2015. After 2 year long preparation process, the foundation stone laying ceremony was held on 28.11.2014.

Our company won the contract to install the whole HVAC and automation system of the new prduction hall as the subcontractor of KÉSZ Industrial Manufacturer Ltd.

TEVA Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Ltd. – Cleanroom Equipment

Besides producing a BV-15×21/KO safety cabinet for the factory of TEVA Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Ltd located in Gödöllő; further cleanroom equipments were ordered for the factory unit of TEVA Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Ltd. located in Debrecen: 3 pcs. BPV-1100 B cleanroom equipment were put into operation in order to support pharmaceutical ingredient production.

Arundo is grown on tens of thousands hectares in Hungary to serve as raw material for bioethanol plants, biogas plants, biomass power plants, steelworks and paper mills. Arundo Cellulóz Farming GmbH. provides arundo-seedlings and offers the equipments which are needed in order to grow arundo. Arundo Celllóz Farming GmbH. is market leader thanks to their unique technology and their special range of seedlings ecotype which meets the market demand. We manufactured 7 pcs. BA-900 cleanroom equipment for their hightech micropropagation laboratories, which were successfully put into operation on 18th November 2014.

Richter Gedeon Chemical Factory Plc. – Microbiological Safety Cabinet

Richter Gedeon Chemical Factory Plc. is considered as our regular business partner. We produced 2 pcs. BV-29×23/KO and 1 pc BV-20×15/KO laminar airflow stainless safety cabinet for its factory unit in Vecsés.
